3. Are your products suitable for sensitive or allergy-prone skin?
Yes, Dermoplant products are formulated to be suitable for sensitive skin. For example, the HydraIntense Serum is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.
4. Can I use your products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes, all our Dermoplant products, of natural origin, are suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
5. How to correctly apply your serums and creams for maximum effectiveness?
Apply a small amount of the product to clean skin, then gently massage in circular motions until completely absorbed.
6. Are your products suitable for all skin types (dry, oily, combination, mature)?
Yes, Dermoplant products are formulated to suit all skin types, including sensitive, dry, oily, combination and mature skin.
7. Can I combine several Dermoplant products in my routine?
Yes, it is recommended to combine Dermoplant products for a complete routine. For example, HydraIntense Serum can be used under HydraIntense Cream for enhanced hydration.
📦 Delivery and returns
1. What are the delivery times in France and Europe?
Delivery times are 48 business hours in France. For Europe, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be automatically estimated when ordering.
2. What are the delivery costs and do you offer free delivery over a certain amount?
Shipping is free for purchases over €69 in mainland France. For orders under this amount, or for other destinations, shipping costs will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on the country and shipping method chosen.
3. How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your package on the carrier's website, or directly on our website in the "Track My Order" section using your order number, email address, or tracking number.
4. What if I am not at home when the delivery takes place?
If you are not there when the delivery is made, the carrier will leave your package in your mailbox or drop it off at the nearest post office, along with a delivery notice. Be sure to include your phone number when ordering so the carrier can contact you if necessary.
5. What is your return policy for damaged or unsatisfactory products?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal if you are not satisfied with your order. Products must be returned new to our premises. Refunds will be issued via the payment method used when placing the order.
6. How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used when ordering. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, contact our customer service by email or phone, providing your order number.

No, Dermoplant excludes the use of parabens, sulfates and synthetic fragrances in its formulations.
3. Where are your products manufactured?
Dermoplant products are manufactured in France in the Bio Mont Blanc cosmetics laboratory.
4. What is the shelf life of your products after opening?
The shelf life of Dermoplant products after opening is 12 months.
5. Is your packaging recyclable or eco-friendly?
Yes, Dermoplant packaging is recyclable, eco-responsible and plastic-free.
6. Are Dermoplant products tested on animals?
No, Dermoplant products are not tested on animals, in accordance with European regulations on cosmetics and the values of our brand.

Yes, our Skin Diagnostic section allows you to answer a few simple questions about your skin type and skin concerns. In just a few clicks, you'll receive personalized recommendations with products tailored to your needs.
3. Are payments on your site secure?
Yes, payments are 100% secure. All transactions are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
4. In what currency are payments made?
Payments are made in the currency in which customers place their order.

To this end, we've categorized our products on our website into specific skin type categories, or categorized them according to the skin care they address. We also offer our tool, designed to diagnose your skin in less than a minute by answering a questionnaire, which will recommend Dermoplant products best suited to your skin type.
2. Do you offer payment in installments without fees?
Yes, payment in installments without fees is currently offered on Dermoplant.com through our PayPal payment method.
3. What products do you recommend for acne-prone or blemish-prone skin?
CicArgent Serum is particularly recommended for irritated, acne-prone or lesion-prone skin.
We have developed an "Acne Pack", containing 3 items specially designed to provide a solution to acne.
4. What treatments should you prioritize depending on the season (summer/winter)?
Dermoplant treatments are designed for year-round use. However, depending on the season, certain textures or active ingredients may be preferred: light hydration in summer, richer nutrition in winter.
